The United States Centers for Disease Control issued a proposed rule change to revise the definition of communicable disease of public health significance by removing chancroid, granuloma inguinale, and lymphogranuloma venereum as inadmissible health-related conditions for aliens seeking admission to the United States.
The Cathedral is promoting homosexuality, transgender gaga nonsense and now it is seeking to import aliens infected with venereal diseases. Viewed from a big picture perspective, this is national security threat.
What possible national interest is advanced by importing aliens infected with venereal diseases into the country? None whatsoever.
From the rationale for the proposed change: “A review of the literature published during the past five years identified only a handful of case reports on granuloma inguinale, and the vast majority of these cases were cases outside the United States (12–17). Additionally, cases of lymphogranuloma venereum are increasingly rare among women. Although sporadic small outbreaks of lymphogranuloma venereum have occurred over the past 10 years, these have been almost exclusively among men who have sex with men, with disease generally manifested as severe proctitis (inflammation of the anus or rectum) (18–20).”
So, because such diseases are currently quite rare in the US, it makes sense to allow foreigners with such diseases into the country? Really?
Truth is stranger than Fiction because Fiction has to be plausible.
There are other proposals as well, such as removing the 4 years experience rule from the definition of civil surgeon (meaning a boot rookie will be examining visa applicants). The whole sordid, Orwellian document is available here.
